Describe Yourself:
Since childhood I have been conscious of being 'separate' from the world in the sense of being an outsider looking in. I don't mean or wish to be like this, it is a conviction that I am simply passing through. Don't get me wrong, I engage and can be intensely stimulating and challenging but there is something I have found out that I cannot share too easily.
I am deeply suspicious about education as an activity related to markets and economic value. Cynicism interferred with my approach to learning and I over compensated by reading too erratically.

On Gather, I'm Looking For ...:
I am besotted with the person of Jesus Christ. He is a mirror. Image is vital to our existence and for the world generally the question of identity is not understood.
I am looking for people who love Jesus but not necessarily the Bible. I see an incompatibility between the two 'personalities'. i.e. the personality of Jesus and the personality of the rest in 'scripture'.
In preparation for his return there are certain things that need to occur before a new age can even be imagined. The players are the catalyst, as was dear John the Baptiser.
